“To lift a person above his humanhood, one must have the experience of spiritual illumination or of the transcendental Presence.”  Joel Goldsmith

photo reference austin-neill-130037This unique evening is more than meditation practice. Every class is different but typically incorporates meditation, healing and mediumship development.

Science has proven the many benefits of a regular meditation practice such as: achieving balance, reducing anxiety and depression; improving relationships; lowering blood pressure, better management of stress.

But there are even more benefits to meditation as well. It is a KEY to developing and improving your intuitive, psychic and spiritual abilities. Yes, meditation will calm your mind, but its deeper value comes in helping us center our Spirits. As we learn to focus, we open the doorway to non-physical beings, such as Spirit Guides, crossed-over Spirits and Angels.

We will begin with a simple meditation exercise designed to take us into the Silence.  This will be followed by healing from Tom and messages from our Teachers and Guides from the other side.  Developing and improving your mediumship abilities is something that everyone can do with the proper training and guidance.

Each class is tailored to what you need.  What do you need to go deeper into your meditation practice?  Join Tom for an evening of serenity, healing and guidance.

**Beginners and experienced meditators welcome – all levels will benefit.**

Please plan to arrive promptly at 3:30 so as not to disturb the meditation which will commence shortly thereafter.
