But there are even more benefits to meditation as well. It is a KEY to developing and improving your intuitive, psychic and spiritual abilities. Yes, meditation will calm your mind, but its deeper value comes in helping us center our Spirits. As we learn to focus, we open the doorway to non-physical beings, such as Spirit Guides, crossed-over Spirits and Angels.

About Seminarian Tom Condenzio

Tom’s meditation experiences began with learning TM in high school.  He then moved into mantra meditation in the Hindu tradition of Vaishnavism.  While living in an ashram for 9 years, he studied the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam in both the sacred language of Sanskrit and English.  He also studied Vajrayana Buddhism in the Nyingma lineage and was the recipient of numerous empowerments from highly regarded lamas.  He also studied with a distinguished lama in the lineage of the Dalai Lama.  He is a certified Oneness Blessing trainer, Level 1 and 2 Reiki Healer and a certified UMC healer.
