Sound Bath with Julia Aguayo, DMA. Hosted by Rev. Brian Jones, DMA.
Join Julia Aguayo and Rev. Brian on a transformational sound journey in the chapel. Let the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan prayer bowls, drums and chimes open and elevate you for a unique and personalized experience. Rev. Brian will help prepare you for the journey with a session of sama vritti pranayama and other breath techniques. In addition to her DMA in music performance, Julia holds certification in sound therapy. Rev. Brian holds a DMA in music performance and has over 25 years of experience teaching breathwork.
$15 in advance/$20 at the door. (Best seating assigned on a first come first served basis.)
