Sound Bath with Julia Aguayo, DMA. Hosted by Rev. Brian Jones, DMA.
Join Julia Aguayo and Rev. Brian on a transformational sound journey in the chapel. Let the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan prayer bowls, drums and the Lakota flute elevate you for a unique and personalized experience. Rev. Brian will help prepare you for the journey with a session of sama vritti pranayama and other breath techniques. In addition to her DMA in music performance, Julia holds certification in sound therapy. Rev. Brian holds a DMA in music performance and has over 25 years of experience teaching and leading breathwork.
This is primarily a seated event. We do have 6 spaces for yoga mats which you can reserve by purchasing a dedicated ticket.
$15 in advance/$20 at the door.
Doors will open at 1:30pm
Please arrive before the start time so that the sound bath can begin without interruption.
