Join Rev. Brian Jones in an exploration of breath techniques to enhance your human and spiritual journey.
LEVEL 1 Gain deeper understanding of the natural breathing mechanism & how the body uses breath to address external events or conditions such as unwanted conflict or stress. Learn exercises to optimize your natural breathing. Finally, explore techniques to elevate your individual energies for a higher connection.
* LEVEL 2 (open only to those who have taken level 1) is a deeper dive
using the techniques in Level 1, spending more time in an elevated state for
personal exploration.

How to Prepare - What to Bring:

  LEVEL 1

  • ï‚· bring a yoga mat or beach towel/blanket

  • ï‚· wear easy, loose-fitting clothes (shorts and t-shirt are fine)

  • ï‚· most people go barefoot, but socks or comfortable shoes are fine

  • ï‚· (optional) a small cushion for your head

  • ï‚· (optional) bottle of water

  • ï‚· avoid a heavy meal right before the class

LEVEL 2 (open only to those who have taken Level 1)

  • ï‚· all of the above

  • ï‚· bring 2 large, thick pillows (bed pillows are fine)

Please arrive 10 minutes early to help preserve the energy of the chapel.

We cannot start until everyone is there.
